These terms apply when you download or use Doxfen POS ("the app"), made by Doxfen ("we"). By using the app you agree to them.
Your account
Your account is linked to the phone number you enter in the app. Use a number you own, and keep your store details accurate. You are responsible for who uses the app on your computers.
Free trial and plans
- New accounts start with a free trial (currently 3 months).
- After the trial, continued use needs a paid plan, as shown on our pricing page. Payment is arranged with us directly.
- If a plan is not paid, the app stops allowing new work until it is. Your data stays on your computer.
- Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects you.
Licence
We give you a licence to use the app on the computers registered to your account. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or try to get around the licence checks. The app must connect to the internet at least once every 60 days to confirm your licence.
Your data and backups
Your shop data belongs to you and stays on your computer (see our Privacy Policy). Because we cannot see or recover it, you are responsible for keeping backups. The app saves a backup automatically when it closes; we also recommend saving copies to a USB drive or another safe place regularly.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the prices, taxes, receipts and records you create with the app, and for meeting the tax and business laws that apply to your shop. Check important figures before relying on them.
Updates and support
We release updates to fix problems and add features, and the app installs them for you. We provide support by WhatsApp and email during normal working hours.
No guarantee
We work hard to keep the app reliable, but it is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect losses from using the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or block an account that is not paid, misused, or used to break these terms or the law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
